Morrígan is a daily companion grounded in a holistic approach to medicine — a six-pillar framework — Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, Physical, Connection, Substance — with Purpose threading through. An AI at the centre, the Explainer, reads what you share, names the patterns it sees, and offers practices that fit your current moment. The voice is editorial, observational, never coaching.

At the centre of Morrígan is a loop. It begins with a single conversation — a baseline assessment of about ten minutes — and continues for as long as you use the product. Each turn sharpens the AI's read of you.

The AI doesn't just react to your most recent input. Every weekly analysis reads the previous four — and over time, the pattern deepens.
