What data we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
• When you join the waitlist we record the page you signed up from and the approximate country derived from your IP address (country only, no precise location). This helps us see where interest is coming from. Your IP itself is not stored; only a short, irreversible hash is kept for spam protection.
• IP address and basic analytics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• We do not collect health data on this website. Health data is part of the Morrígan app, launching later, and will be covered by a separate privacy notice at that time.

Lawful basis

Consent, under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the equivalent EU GDPR provision.

Data retention

• Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data is retained for 12 months and then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, email alexander@getmorrigan.com. We respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
